I've just installed CrossOver on my Google Pixelbook and the specs are:
Google Pixelbook
Version 90.0.4430.86 (Official Build) (64-bit)
CrossOver 20.0.4
When Steam runs the window and font is small. Is there any way to fix this?

Hi there,
If you right-click on your Steam bottle on the left side of the screen, and go to Settings, is "High Resolution Mode" checked? If not, try checking that option.

Unfortunately it is already ticked. :/ I also tried unticking it, restarting it, but it didn't make a difference.
