购买软件后，加载过几个程序（如EVERTHING\迅捷PDF、万彩），但到现在没有成功过：
运行一直是等待挂载的状态，一直等待，曾经最长的一次是一个晚上，第二天还是转圈的状态
三方程序一进入后，基本是属于死机的程度；已经奔溃了三次
3.曾经有过一次进入的经历，但是程序界面全部是乱码
最后吐槽一下：
你们的售后服务需要写邮件，但是请你们告诉我，为什么你们底部的CODE需要输入1000次都不成功，CODE，疯掉。
请万能高手或者官方技术人员帮帮我吧。
每一天都有程序要用，但愿没有买个垃圾软件，至少，MAC还有一丝丝希望。

买之前一定要先试用看看软件能不能正常运行。没有适配过的程序大概率有问题。
