不能打开文件 掌门一对一客户端

双击图标以后什么都没有出现，能够点开卸载的，但是打不开软件

您好，

您试试这个：

  1. 下载这个 setalsa.reg 文件：https://pan.baidu.com/s/1i5kd5Nf ；
  2. 使用 CrossOver 的“运行命令”工具在您安装掌门一对一的容器里运行“regedit”；
  3. 找到 regedit 菜单“注册表->导入注册表文件...”并导入 setalsa.reg，然后退出 regedit，并点击 CrossOver 的“模拟重启”。

模拟重启完后再试试运行掌门一对一，看是否能解决问题。
