I used this tutorial to install Crossover with CXPatcher.

I start Battle.net with D3DMetal and MSync.
Unfortunately when I start the game I always get an error "This application encountered an unexpected error"
I really have no idea what could be the issue, I did everything mentioned in the tutorial.
Maybe somebody here had the same problem and could help me, I would be super happy about that <3
While perhaps another Crossover user will have a suggestion for you, you are not going to get technical support from Codeweavers when you apply an unauthorized patch. Try contacting Andrew Tsai, the author of that video. He responds to comments left on YouTube. Or file a report at the patcher author’s Gitub: https://github.com/italomandara/CXPatcher
