CrossOver Support - Community Forums

I've been playing a ton of games using Crossover, but some games have had this issue where the keyboard is completely unresponsive. Certain keys like the escape key work though.

It could also be the game in Steam (if that's what you are using) I have the same problem with my MSController sometimes the up and down only work in some games. Is your keyboard B.T. and if so do you have any other B.T. devices close by or any speakers that may interfere with the keyboard while in the game? I'm just tossing things out there I know very basic but sometimes they can help. My advice is to submit an official ticket so the team knows what's going on. What version of C.O. are you using and your MacOS?

Steam games don't do this, at least it's never happened to me on their platform. It's mainly only happened to me on games that are either made by indie developers or are downloaded from random places of the internet such as GameBanana and what not. I do not use anything BlueTooth related. My version of CrossOver is 23.7.1.36573.

I am Mr. Indie Game I have hundreds of them. I always support the little guy as their stuff to me beats AAA titles hands down. But I digress. My only platforms are Steam, EA, and B.Net. I've never heard of this other place you mentioned. So unfortunately I'm just not able to help you troubleshoot. Are the games just the .exe setup files as you can get at GOG? Or do they have a storefront that you load like Steam? If so I don't think that one is supported which is probably why it doesn't work. Maybe someone has some experience with where you are getting your games and can help out ;) I apologize I can't. Also though you need to update your version of crossover. We are on 25 beta 3 now and 24.0.7 I believe is the pre-beta version. If I'm wrong on that someone please correct me!
