The Refresh Programs command in previous CrossOver versions was useful if I manually renamed an entry in the app folder CrossOver puts entries that are either placed in the Start Menu by installers or generated by Run Command -> Save as Launcher and wanted the listing within CrossOver to reflect my change. Now I have to quit CrossOver completely and relaunch it to refresh. Minor inconvenience, but still has me curious.
