ngen.exe Quarantined During CrossOver 22 Upgrade

Hello,

I upgraded to CrossOver v22 today and McAfee Quarantined ngen.exe and flagged it as a virus called Artemis!E217...

Is ngen.exe an important part of the install, or was there incidentally a virus in the installer? Perhaps it is a false positive. Has anyone else experienced this?
