Just did a clean install of Arch and desktop envirnment Gnome(minimum install ~gnome~)
Steps I did to install CrossOver:
$wget http://crossover.codeweavers.com/redirect/crossover.bin
$ chmod 755 crossover.bin
$ ./crossover.bin
The installation never complete with the follow message:
<Fatal Error>
those lines below are what I have on Terminal:
/usr/bin/env: python: No such file or directory
/usr/bin/env: python: No such file or directory
Any help.

You don't have Python installed, and it is required. Try:
sudo pacman -S python
That will install Python 3, and installation of Crossover should work with that. Otherwise, try:
sudo pacman -S python2
The will install Python2, but Arch has made Python3 the default for a while now.
Needed Python3.
