I'm running into a problem with Crossover and Fedora 23. The software installs fine and activates fine too. Where I run into problems is when I try to install software on it. I click on the "Install Windows Software", the button turns dark grey but nothing else happens. I thought I was not being patient enough and decided to wait longer but still nothing happend.
Has anyone encountered this? If so, how did you fix it?
Maybe a python3 problem. Someone else wrote that the latest Fedora installs python3 only, so you might want to see if you have python2 on your system as Crossover is mostly a python2 software.
Which version of CX are you trying to install? This may not be a Python2 issue, as the RPM SPEC has Python2 in the 'Requires'. I am seeing Python2 being pulled in on a fresh install of F23 Workstation when installing the latest CX RPM:
