Hi,
I obtained Crossover Pro and Crossover Games during the 24 giveaway at the end of October 2008 (both on Mac). I haven't installed it until now because I didn't have a reason to until now.
When I launch crossover games, the program immediately shut down. I read on this forum from a staff member that I have to download the trial version cause it's a prob with a Mac update, and then register it with my account email and password. The problem is that I receive then the following message :
"Failed to download key: Your support period has expired. You are no longer entitled to product upgrades."
In my account, there is NO Crossover Pro or Crossover Games tied to my account. What should I do?
The Lame Duck keys were only valid for 30 days, to prevent people from stocking up a lifetime supply of CrossOver license keys. If you didn't register your key in this time period I am afraid there is not much you can do.
Just wanted to add this: Once activated, the activation is valid for a year - but you'd have had to activate the key within 30 days, as the description of the key said.

Totally OT here, but seeing as I read it...are you planning
on emailing lameduckers renewal emails before their keys
run out? Just curious...
