I am very unsattisfied with codeweavers games and cant get any games running in it. I would like a refund , how would I go about this?

There is a trial version available, you could have used that first to find out if the games you wanted to run had problems. As requested in your other thread you haven't said what games are causing you problems or what those problems are. Since there is a try before you buy option I can't imagine you'd get a refund.
I did use the demo first. Nothing like friendly customer service. Whatever happend to the customer is always right goes well out of the window

Colin, the forums are not a place to request support and certainly not a good place to continuously 'blast' us. If you are unsatisfied with our product, write to us and we will take care of it.
It seems that several people have asked you to write in and ask for support. The only ticket we have received from you is ticket 748012. This is a refund request that we will honor, without a problem. But, I think it is fair for us to state that you have not sent a request to our support team asking for assistance with any games and we very explicitly state that 'This is not a support forum. If you need product support use our Support Ticket System.
