I am trying to install steam using crossover games 7 on my intel macbook pro, and the install process has stalled on the Windows xml 3 parser
it hangs, doing nothing for hours, every time I try to install. I'm not sure what the problem is. This is a direct quote of the software installer window:
Preparing to install
Installing Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0
Downloading 'Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0'
Installing Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) 3.0
It just sits on this.
(edit, using version 7, not version 8)
