Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 on Apple Silicon

Has anyone gotten Black Ops 4 running on Apple Silicon? All I got to was the intro film (the first 0.5 seconds), and then it crashed.
I enabled DXVK + CSMT (CrossOver not patched, the patched version with CXPatcher didn't even get that far).

System info:
Processor: M2 Pro
RAM: 16GB
