Just installed CrossOver trial. I am unable to instal any application or create a bottle.
This is the error message I get when I want to create a bottle.
objc[924]: -[NSObject methodSignatureForSelector:] not available without CoreFoundation
setup:error: 'rundll32 win10Install crossover.inf' failed
cxbottle:error: unable to create the 'New Bottle' bottle in '/Users/jonas/Library/Application Support/CrossOver/Bottles/New Bottle'
When I want to install an application I get the same message, and when I click skip I get a bunch more errors till the program crashes. TIA for help.
Jonas, I think the issue here is going to be the latest version of Crossover not working on the Sonoma beta. If you’re using the trial only I’m unsure if you’re eligible to sign up for the Crossover beta but that seems to be working on Sonoma.
Thanks you Travis, this is what I was thinking too. I guess I will have to wait for the Trial to update or purchase the software.
Thanks.
