I have downloaded a exe. file from a windows game and after an hour I figured out how to get it to work but then it stops after an hour and goes into a black screen. I opened the game again and the same thing happened. When I went to open it the third time now all that it does is go to a black screen. I cant seem to get the game to work again. I dont understand how it worked twice then stopped working. I dont want to delete the game because I am so far into to it and I dont want to lose my progress. Is there anyway to run this exe. program? What I am doing wrong with the installation?
What program? Wine software does not always work with every piece of Windows software out there. The more information we have about what you are trying to run the better we are able to lend aide.
