I use Rogue Amoeba's SoundSource tool to control the audio for applications I have running. In particular I often use it to mute Lord of the Rings Online so I can listen to other media while playing.
With the release of Crossover 23, I am no longer able to control the audio for the game. Normally when the game makes a sound, a little menu meter with the application's volume shows up. But the application no longer registers with SoundSource and if I try to select it as a favorite, it does nothing. I've validated this by reverting to Crossover 22 and audio is now controllable.
Crossover 23 is a pretty big update, so I could see something that significantly changed may have impacted this behavior, so I've also opened a support request with Rogue Amoeba for them to look into it as well.
Thanks.
