Changed some graphic settings, and now I cannot enter the gamy anymore, all I get is a big black screen.
tryed the run with options "-autoconfig" or "-safe", nothing worked. Reinstalled everything, restart mac, nothing.
Any help?

You may have some luck deleting the settings file. From memory it is named settings.xml and should be in Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V
