Hello,
I am trying to resolve an issue when running Skyrim through Crossover. The audio is choppy and crackles often, and the video is very slow and laggy.
I am unable to find any official or supported ways to resolve this and can only find methods that Crossover specifically says are unsupported.
Has anyone got a decent tutorial for resolving the video issues in Skyrim in a supported way?
With each new release of Crossover Mac Skyrim works worse and worse...
I've given up trying any more.
Actually I have to retract that.. in Crossover 22 Skyrim SE was lagging and almost completely unplayable for me.
But Crossover 23? It's so far working very well on my Mac Pro 6,1. I think I will have to adjust down from the "Ultra" settings to high to mitigate some occasional lag but nothing that is significantly problematic...
I might have to stick with CW23 and just report issues back to tech support..
