Hi, I have a problem with gamepads on Steam. In Crossover in the gamepad settings my gamepads are present. But in Steam they are not. When I install Steam in Crossover, the gamepad is also present in Steam. When I quit Steam and restart, no gamepad is detected. Reinstalling Crossover has already been done. The behavior was tested with an XBOX Series controller, an XBOX One controller and a PS5 DualSense. The behavior is the same with each. My installations are M1 MacBook Pro, macOS Sonoma Public Beta, Crossover 22.1.1 and Steam version 1690583737. Can anyone give me a hint where the problem might be?
so when you have your controller connected, make sure it stays in the X input part, do not move it to the d input section it breaks it
