CrossOver Support - Community Forums

Hi there,

I have a windows app that I need to use for work every now and then. It's a label creation software for creating .xml label files for a specific printer one of my clients use. I have tried running in crossover and I can get it to install and run but it hangs right at the end of the loading process. CPU at 99%. I'm pretty sure it's something simple but I have combed the logs and it's beyond me.

I could spend hours figuring out what dependency is missing but I am hoping that someone here who has more knowledge and experience than me can assist.

If you want someone to take a stab here in the forums, the first thing to do is to name the application you're trying to use, state its version number, tell us what Mac hardware you're attempting to run it on and the exact version of MacOS you are running (It's not a beta OS, right?), tell us the version of Crossover you are using, and details about your current bottle.

Nice, I have been looking for a download link on the webpage but couldn't find it. Did you get the software off their website?

I usually get the latest install file from their support guys - I don't think it's published on their website. It ships on a USB with the system or they send you a link.
