Did anyone get into the Beta and had a chance to test if it works with Crossover on Intel/Arm MACs?
I installed Battle.net via Crossover on M1pro Arm and that works fine. But the Beta was already closed so didn't get a chance to download/test
the actual client.
That game requires DirectX 12 and Crossover Mac does not yet have support for DirectX 12. There is DirectX 12 support in Crossover Linux and the Codeweavers team is reportedly working on it for Crossover Mac.
Just FYI, there is a different forum for Crossover Mac.
Thanks for the detailed answer. That's sad news sorta. And yes - if a mod could move this to the Mac forum where it belongs :)
Try it with GPT from Apple.
Diablo 4 now runs on Macs with the CrossOver 23 beta (release to come in the Summer).
