Hi there,
This error is caused by running an older, unsupported version of CrossOver on macOS Ventura. You will need to upgrade to CrossOver 22.0.1 in order to use CrossOver on Ventura.

I have (had now) the same problem, but found that my problem was a local copy in my user's Application folder... removing my "local" copy (OLD), resolved it for me...as spotlight found the updated version in the main application folder...
