Battle.net cannot be installed

i tried to install Diablo 4 with crossover 23.5, but the battle.net installer hangs at 45%, when trying to install the update agent.

Tried to install an new bottle with battle.net, but the same.

Using a Mac mini m1, 8GB
macOS Sonoma
Crossover 23.5
