Steamwebhelper is not responding

Hi guys!
I have this error for about a week. There are 5 options when this occurs, to restart, to exit, and a few others, but nothing helps.
M1 8gb, 512gb.

Got the same Issue.
MacBook Pro
Apple M1 Max
64 GB
Ventura 13.5.2
Trying to start Outer Wilds or GTA5 – Steam crashing with the described 5 Options.

Any help, maby from support?
I paid for a monthly sub and I cannot use it for a few weeks now...

Do you see the words IMPORTANT INFORMATION at the top of this page? Did you submit a help ticket to request support? These are public forums. Sometimes another Crossover user or even a Codeweavers staff person chimes in here but before you get to complain that you aren’t getting the support you paid for, you submit a ticket.

See John's reply above, it's highly accurate. Also, what monthly sub are you talking about? Crossover is one-off for 12 months or lifetime to my knowledge..

What have you tried yourself to troubleshoot this? Re-install? New Bottle? Crosstie? Anything? You've tried nothing and you're all out of ideas? Give us something to work with.
