Can't connect to COM Servers

When trying to install a windows program It allows me to create a windows XP64bit bottle, starts the install and then displays the command below and locks there:
Registering COM servers...

I have tried changing windows version for the bottle and still no change. I have also tried installing into the-kitchen-sink-cxarchive
bottle and still no change. I have tried different 64bit bottles as well.
Seems like its not connecting to the server to complete install.

I am using an M1 Pro MacBook Pro with Sonoma and crossover version 23.5.
Any Suggestions?

I just tried installing this same program on my Intel Macbook Pro and it installed with no problem. I used a Win 7 64bit bottle and all went fine. So there appears to be something missing from the M1 Macbook Pro that is needed.
