Hitman III freeze right before main menu

Have anyone else tried to run Hitman III on 23.5? The shiny email says it runs, and yet i get a freeze right after intro sequence, on the screen with Press any key to continue thing. Wondered if there are some workarounds :)

P.S Trying to run it on M1 Max chip
