every game i play this happens. on counter strike source i get 140 fps with random lag all the time. it will go from a 16 ping to a 200 ping back down to a 16 ping but this happens every 5 seconds. any game i play this happens, even on a half life mod called natural selection. please help me how do i fix this?
If you ping times are jumping like that, it sounds like an Internet path problem where packets are being dropped. The only thing you can do is complain to your provider.
