The knowledge base gives instructions for configuring a default language for 32bit Windows applications that do not support UTF8. My application requires to run in a Windows-1250 environment. Despite the inclusion of the variable "LC_ALL" = "pl_PL.UTF-8" in the cxbottle.conf file of the Windows 7 32bit bottle, this application keeps displaying an incorrect character set (all the diacritical characters are corrupted). When the application is launched, it displays a warning message stating that the character set should be set up differently. I also created keys in the registry for this bottle, according to the answer in this thread, with no better result.
Does this knowledge base article only apply to the Mac variant of crossover? For an initial test, I installed crossover on a Linux Mint machine. Thanks to anyone who can tell me how it should be setup.
Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
