Agree, not sure the difference as well. I noticed a slight performance increase in the past when using ESYNC. Curious as to what MSYNC does and if it's compatible to enable both?

It's quite technical, but does show some benchmark results.
I'm using CrossOver to run some relatively old games and programs and noticed a pretty significant performance improvement with MSync on CrossOver 23.7.
So it doesn't hurt to try if your programs work with it.

Both Esync and Msync are synchronization options that can help the performance of certain games. It's really game-specific, and the options also can break certain games, so they're really just advanced options that we welcome users play around with if they're so inclined.
