可能是字体设置导致，但是我不知道设置哪样的字体，会让TIM变的和window上一样美观
托盘是Ubuntu Gnome的问题，安装gnome-shell-extension-top-icons-plus和gnome-tweaks，然后在gnome-tweaks中开启top icons插件就行了
