It seems the pass through code already exists on Linux and with an increasing number of driving title working well (LFS, rFactor etc.) this would really help.

...forcefeedback is still a long way off being complete in
linux, and afaik no work has been done for this in MacOS ; this
is probably a case of it needing to happen in wine first, before
it becomes part of crossover (and that said, I couldn't find a
winebug about this particular issue at quick glance on winehq)...
