Hmm... The ticket is marked private. Suddently all tickets are marked private, I wonder if that is a bug in the website.
As a general note, a part of our staff is on holidays these days, including Jack, one of our support Ninjas. We have quite a lot of tickets from CrossOver 7.0, so we have less resources than usual to do additional support in the forums.
