Office 2003 security updates

How would you go around installing security updates for Office 2003?

I ask this as there are updates released after Service Pack 3 that can only be installed using IE (which you can't use in the win2000 bottle as it has trouble rendering pages and with JavaScript). Do you know how I would do this?
