When i open an aplication with CrossOver Games the progam freezes

Ok, here is the problem.

When i try to open a game or an aplication with crossover games the progam Freezes and says on my Dock "Aplication do not respond" so i have to do a "hard exit" to close crossover games. im a using 7.0 version and my system is a MacBook 1.1 (Procesor Intel Core 2 duo 2.0ghz, Ram 2gb 667, etc) and im using Leopard Mac OS 10.5.5

PLEASE if anyone can help me i would apreciate that :)

Ok i want to add this... it freeze when i open the progam alone withour execute any image with it... it just freezes and mac stays like "Loading" and in the dock says "the aplication do not respond" but the other things work nice and quick... in fact im doing this post with crossover games runing and freezed

what applications are you using with Crossover Games? Does this happen with all applications in Crossover Games, or just certain ones?

Ok im trying to run DOMO (Dream Of Mirror Online) but that's not the problem... the problem is that when i open the program (CrossOver Games 7.0) It freeze's without do nothing i thoug it was the game but i tried opening the progam and it freeze's

It used to work (in fact i created the image or bottle with winxp to run the game) and i seemed to work fine but then i closed the progam and opened the DOMO.exe file (game starter) and it didnt worked at all, then i tried opening the aplication (CrossOver Games 7.0) and stays the same it just freezes and i have to do a "Hard Exit" on the aplication to close it.

By the way sorry for my english im from venezuela.

Thanks!

Pedro Marin

I see in our compatibility database that Dream of Mirror Online has been reported not work -

For a non-working application to mess with Crossover's functionality is strange, but not unheard of. It's interesting that you say you closed the program and then opened the DOMO.exe. If you're trying to open a program straight from the .exe (as opposed to the launch icon in the programs menu), you'll want to use Crossover's run command feature.

At any rate, given the start up and freeze issues you're seeing, there seems to be a corruption of some kind, and I strongly recommend doing a clean install of CX games (i.e. completely remove Crossover and the bottles with any installed applications, and then re-install).

Please Note: This Forum is for non-application specific questions relating to installation/configuration of CrossOver. All application-specific posts to this Forum will be moved to their appropriate Compatibility Center Forum.
