So I spent way too long this weekend trying to find out if there is a way to make apple silicon macs run SteamVR, and it turns out that at the moment there simply isn't. Crossover doesn't support it and parallelization software runs into issues. But given that Proton does allow SteamVR to work on Linux (abait it sounds like not super well as of yet depending on the game) and that if the software worked, high end M3 macs would theoretically be great for VR, I wondered if Codeweavers is working or going to work on adding VR support for Crossover Mac. Has anyone heard anything about this? All my searches have come up empty.
Thank you and best!
