Seems to be no way to actually tell Codeweavers that their downloads don't work. I have downloaded Crossover Mac four times (chewing up scarce and expensive download allowance on a satellite broadband system). Twice the download stopped short after about 60% was downloaded (same percentage each time, suggesting that the problem is not on the net or my system), and twice it seemed to be a full download, but apparently would not install on my Mac Book Pro.
However when I later (after abandoning Crossover) tried to install Fusion then Windows XP, the Crossover detected XP disk, but crashed. And kept preventing me from installing the XP. After I moved Crossover to its new and well deserved home in trash I was able to install XP. Pretty disappointing and not what I expected from the reviews of Codeweaver software. Goodbye and thanks for all the fish.
This is the nature of HTTP downloads. We don't have any control over how stable your connection is. The web browser will simply abort the transfer if the connection times out.
I'm sorry you had so many issues downloading.
