I've seen this many times in IRC, and figured I'd post it here. Maybe an advocate would be kind enough to add this to the tips & trick section of the ie6 page in the compatibility center. I know there is a note there about flash but its not entirely descriptive.
First off use your regular browser (not ie6 in cross over) and download the windows version from this link. http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/. After that install like normal in cross over and you will have flash support. version 9 I believe, I haven't double checked this to make sure, but I'm sure it is. This has worked for mac and linux users.
