Being an avid Corel fan, I ordered it for my Intel based Imac, it installed fine, but hangs up when the Corel install dialogue window opens, does, X4 just plain not work with Crossover?
Any help would be greatly appreciated....
Thanks

Also, when I try to create a new bottle for it it doesn't give me the option to choose XP, could this be the problem?
I'm afraid that we've had no luck with X4. We've been trying, as we'd like to see it working.
Being very honest, I'm afraid your best bet is to hit the snooze on this and try
again in 6 months; it's possible that Wine will have matured enough to support it by then.
Cheers,
Jeremy
Interesting, in that we are evaluating a possible migration strategy (we're currently a Corel X3 shop) and was told by a staffer (James Remy, sales) who called me a few months ago (after we obtained a demo license) that while X3 had problems (I was mentioning that while it installed OK and even launched, that X3 did not save properly) that Corel had contacted and worked specifically with CW on X4 support.
After this news I obtained an eval copy of X4 to try testing this out, but can't even get it installed. I was looking around to see if there was some tidbit I'd missed, and found this thread.
