I'm trying to run a program that requires a USB dongle. I can run the dongle installer without error, and I can run the program installer without error. However, when I run the application, the application does not see the USB driver and keeps me in "demo" mode.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions for getting the application to see the USB dongle?
Thanks!
(BTW, if anyone is curious, the application is Forensic Tool Kit by Access Data)
I've had a similar situation with an "unsupported software" Info Select.
My workaround was to close the computer, unplug the 'USB dongle', re-boot, re-boot CrossOver, then plug in the dongle.
The system would then recognise the dongle, BUT.......... later if you at any time close the access to the dongle, it will disappear, and the whole process needs to be repeated to make the dongle appear again.
I hope this helps. It's not really an answer but it is a temporary 'workaround'.
