Hi - I've been running the Crossover trial on my new iMac for about a week and it's been running fine, but today I had to reboot my machine and afterwards Crossover would not run...it's just unresponsive and I have to force it to quit. Have tried re-installing it but still the same problem.
Any help would be appreciated as I'm really disappointed.
Uninstalling CrossOver is tricky, it is not as simple as moving the icon in the 'Applications' menu to the trash.
I believe you are on the right path in trying to reinstall CrossOver (as it sounds like it was corrupted). You can try the steps listed in our CrossOver Mac documentation:
If the problem persists (or you have trouble fully removing CrossOver), you can send an email to info@codeweavers.com and let us know that you already tried a clean install of CrossOver (because if you don't it will more than likely be the first thing suggested).
