If you mean how do you add entries to the Registry, launch codeweavers and then go to the Programs menu and choose "Run command...".
In that dialog, enter "regedit" and press the <enter> key. From there, you can edit the Registry and add any new keys (name-value pairs).
Be careful with manually editing the Registry as it's easy to mess up the Registry such that you could mess up programs working correctly.
