Is it possible to swap CTRL and CMD (apple) key. I use Outlook and I cannot get used to using CTRL.
Any ideas?

There's nothing in CrossOver that allows you to do that unfortunately. The Apple Key is like the Windows key to Windows apps, they're not really supposed to do anything with it. Maybe there are some Mac tools to do that, but I don't know any
You can do it in the System Preferences Pane.
Or an app like ControllerMate (www.orderedbytes.com/controllermate/) could probably do that.
