Hi there,
i have a question about CATIA V5. Apparently it is not working on Crossover, after the installation you get a OPENGL-Library Error and the Application crashes. I read on WineAppDb that someone made it work on WINE somehow. (http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=12939) The guy installed the Visual C++ Runtime and used -as far as I understood it properly- a debuggable software renderer. Is there anyway to do this on Crossover?
It's possible but not probable. If someone was able to get it working through Wine without additional applications it would be very likely. I think you are probably running into a scenario where CrossOver needs to become more sophisticated before it will do what you are looking for. Of course the possibility exists that you could follow the instructions on WineHQ and prove me wrong!
