Hi,
I see that the Linux Pro cross over version has the option to disable antialiasing of the fonts:

I cannot find the registry directory HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\X11 Driver on the Mac version so does that mean it is not possible?

It should still be possible. You can create the missing key and then, within the new key, create the desired string values.
