I thınk battle net and all game has a same problem. Cpu,gpu or ram not problem.Problem is hdd read problem. I checked activi m. there is no problem maybe usıng %40 all resourse but game freeze or fps drop 10.D4,D2,DI 3 game has a same problem. I tryed d4 normal gtpk and homebrew no problem

Crossover 20-40 fps
