Hi!
Im a new crossover user and Im trying to run the AddOnX tool linked to by this page:
https://www.atgames.net/arcades/release-notes/
This is a windows .exe tool that scans a USB stick's contents and creates a folder on that USB to be used by the atgames system. Its pretty unsophisticated with a primitive GUI for really nothing more than selecting the USB drive location.
Since I don't have a windows machine I thought I'd try crossover. I created a bottle for it and the app is def in the program files folder. I edited the bottle to mount /volumes/myusbdrive to E: or something so it could see the thumb drive. I also tried both a windows 10 64-bit and windows 7 32-bit in case this matters.
Anyway what happens is that the app starts and presents the GUI where you select the drive and as it starts to process the USB contents it has an error dialog. I thought maybe there was a permissions problem since the tool also writes to the drive but I was able to use the bottle to open a CMD shell and create a test file on the mounted drive.
Any ideas?
