Well, I'm not sure what you're asking. CrossOver has built-in knowledge about downloading installers for a limited set of programs, but for anything it doesn't know about, you just download the installer using your web browser (assuming the game is downloadable).
However, from the page in our Compatibility Center that's devoted to Combat Arms -- http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name/?app_id=4568 -- it appears that it's known not to work with CrossOver.
