Every time I click on play (in battle.net), the app will launch, then update, then revert to the play button. I tried repairing the bottle, clear and rebuild the program but I cant seem to get it to launch. I never had this issue on 23.6. Neither MSYnc or Esync works now. I use to run D4 in ESync. Help or advice anyone?

That is very strange. I just tried out Diablo IV through battle.net on my machine, and it worked perfectly. Are you using D3DMetal?

I had this happen too; quitting Crossover and reopening it fixed this for me.

Did not want to create new thread hence will ask here.
Diablo 4 for me works only D3D + E-Sync, wont launch with M-Sync. Is this normal behavior?

I tried using MSync which doesn't work. I reverted back to D3DMetal and ESync.
Yeah. Only D3D + ESync works. MSync doesn't work for some reasons.
I am having the exact same issue. I didn't have a problem when I was on 23.6. I am deleting all the bottles and downloading 90gb files again :(
Did you try flipping on eSync / DXDMetal?
Yes, reinstalling worked for D3D/esync but not msyn. I didn't notice any performance gain though.
