Is there any good FTP client for Windows which works under CrossOver Mac?
Is there a particular reason you need to? If you're just trying to keep a 'unity' across Mac and Windows, something like FileZilla can run native under Mac, Windows, and Linux.
FileZilla doesn't work under crossover mac, since program requires Unicode, though I found other solution.

No, but FileZilla actually has a Mac version, so I'm not sure why you need Crossover for it in the first place.
