Is there a way that I can view Korean fonts in IE 7? Moreover, typing in Korean in general in any application launched from the Crossover?

see this post for more info on viewing Korean fonts in IE7 (and why they often don't render correctly)

As far as typing in Korean, if your MacOSX's international settings specify a Korean locale, the keyboard input in Crossover should respect that and give you Korean output. The fonts may look a bit ugly, since we haven't done much non-english font work in Crossover (also touched on above).
If setting the international settings to Korean doesn't entirely work, you can also try setting the bottle's environmental variables -
